Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Mistwell store or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We try to show our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but screens vary and product details may differ slightly from photos. Essential oils are for aromatic use in diffusers and humidifiers only. Do not swallow them or apply them undiluted to skin. Keep them away from children and pets, and consult a doctor if you're pregnant or have a medical condition.

Prices and orders

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Safe use

Use humidifiers as described in their instructions. Only use clean water, don't run them empty, and keep electrical parts dry.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mistwell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or store. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
