Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Mistwell piece. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Humidifiers that are unused, clean and in their original packaging.
Essential oils that are unopened and sealed. For hygiene reasons, opened oils can't be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us by email through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns go to a different address than the one we ship from.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
