Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Rates

• Orders of $50 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that, because your items ship directly from our supplier warehouses. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If you order a humidifier and oils together, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us by email through our Contact page and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered, but we'll do our best to help.
